Join our hybrid meetings on the second Monday of each month, from 6:30 to 8:00pm ET.

*Exceptions: September, October, March and April will be held on the third Monday and February will be held on the first Monday. There will be no meetings in July or August.

Location: Queen Elizabeth II Public School – Outdoor Portable (32 Dell Street, Sudbury ON) and Zoom (link will be provided upon registration)

Parents and Caregivers for Mental Health (PCMH) is here to listen, support, and walk alongside you on this journey. Our Caregiver Connection peer support groups offer parents and caregivers a community of support. It is meant for you if:

• You want to talk in a confidential space about your concerns
• You need ideas on how to support your child or youth
• You aren’t sure what to do next or how to access services
• You want to connect with other families who understand
