Parents and Caregivers for Mental Health (PCMH) is a program of Children’s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO). Our mission is to support, educate, and empower parents and caregivers of children and youth with mental health challenges.

Our Caregiver Connection groups are here for you.

Located in communities across Ontario, our Caregiver Connection groups meet regularly and provide parents and caregivers a comfortable and confidential space to connect with others, feel heard, and get help navigating the child and youth mental health system.

We know how overwhelming it can be looking for mental health information online. That’s why PCMH curates evidence-based resources to help families and professionals find trustworthy, reliable information.

Webinars

PCMH offers expert-led webinars on a variety of mental health, parenting, and wellness topics for families. Webinars are available on demand for you to watch at your convenience.

Find Help Close to Home

We know how hard it is for families who are navigating the mental health system while supporting their children. If you are worried about your child, or are a young person looking for help yourself, our network of child and youth mental health centres has 4,000 professionals ready to help children, youth, and families with free counselling and treatment. We provide care in person, on the phone, and virtually. No problem is too big or small.
