Join our hybrid meetings on the first Thursday of each month, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm ET.

*Exceptions: The meeting will be held on the second Thursday in January and there will be no meetings held in July or August. 

Location: CMHA-WW Youth Building (737 Woolwich Street, Guelph ON) and Zoom (link will be provided upon registration)

*The Grove Youth Hub is onsite and open during the meeting, providing supervised activities and an inclusive, welcoming space for all youth ages 12-26.

Parents and Caregivers for Mental Health (PCMH) is here to listen, support, and walk alongside you on this journey. Our Caregiver Connection peer support groups offer parents and caregivers a community of support. It is meant for you if:

• You want to talk in a confidential space about your concerns
• You need ideas on how to support your child or youth
• You aren’t sure what to do next or how to access services
• You want to connect with other families who understand
